SRD is an integrated roofing and solar company offering turnkey competitive pricing for Production Home Builders. SRD specializes in providing roofing, electrical construction, photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, customer support, operations & maintenance and a 15-year workmanship warranty.

We offer all in-house services and pride ourselves in quality workmanship installing for some of the top builders across California.

New Home Services

SRD offers a full-service all-inclusive roofing and solar program to Production Home Builders. We have over 90 team members dedicated to our New Homes division. We customize proposals for each New Home community, with in-house design and engineering teams, and in-house permitting, installation and activation teams. We have a first-rate Account Management team offering solar training to your sales team along with attending each community Grand Opening to help educate your customers.

Additionally, upon purchase of a home, we have an energy consultant team offering personalized consultations with your buyers regarding solar systems and financing offered for your particularly community.

SRD uses in-house crews for both roofing and solar and installing the most high-quality product working within your project budget, design, aesthetics and Title 24 compliance for your community.

Financing For New Home Builders

SRD offers Purchase and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) financing options. Unlike most energy financers, SRD only requires one credit check, conducted by the builder, for the purchase of their home and solar selection.
